The ideal candidate will support the Manager, HR Services in the delivery of the Human Resource functions of the organisations.
Responsibilities include:
- Timely recruitments into strategic roles across Africa.
- Performance Appraisal.
- Training & Development.
- Employee Rewards.
- Employee Relations.
- Updating HR policies to align with modern day realities.
- Disciplinary handling.
- Conflict resolution.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelorās Degree in Arts or Social Sciences from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Professional membership of an HR association (added advantage).
- Minimum work experience of 2 years in the Human Resource field, hiring and managing talent.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and oral skills.
- Proficiency with the use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
