Diversity Policy

Procept and its subsidiaries are dedicated to encouraging a supportive and inclusive culture amongst its workforce, including staff and contractors, where individual differences and the contributions of all team members are recognized and valued. A diverse workforce is important to make sure we are reflecting the audiences (and society at large) to which we provide services and take advantage of multiple perspectives.

Procept management will set diversity targets for the organization and report annually on its performance against those targets.

Procept and its subsidiaries will also consider the diversity policies of potential suppliers when making procurement decisions.
