IT Effectiveness Assessment is an intensive and comprehensive examination of an organization’s Information Technology systems and environments, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.  We will assess the effectiveness, efficiency, availability, and reliability of an IT organization by using our IT Effectiveness Assessment Framework across six domains and provide an assessment report.
