The following represents our policy as it relates to training and exam registration cancellation and refunds.
- In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training, please submit an email request to info@proceptafrica.com
- Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if:
- all cancellation requests are submitted within twenty calendar days from the date of registration (for full refund of paid registration fees)
- all cancellation requests are submitted no later than five days prior to the scheduled training (for part refund with a charge of 50%)
- Cancellation within two days will attract 75% penalty.
- Please note that refunds can take between one to two weeks to process.
- No show attracts 100% penalty.
- Procept Africa reserves the right to cancel any training due to insufficient enrolment at least 5 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or receive a full refund of registration fees.
- Procept will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer where adequate notice is given for a cancelled training.
- If a training is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, riot or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course or date.
